Later, I will eat your dog.
Old People
Not the nice kind, but the irrational kind who haven't noticed that the world has changed, and/or that it was never the sparkling gemstone they always thought it was.O.K.
So what would thrill me would be for people to give me ANY FEEDBACK.
The theme is cranky old people.

PS:
At zombie-slayer's blog, I mentioned an old woman who nearly ran us over and then acted like it was our fault -- all she had to do was not take her foot off the break.*sighs*

Feedback, all right.
Two things I like about New Zealand.
1) open space. it will stay that way because they allow almost zero immigration, which is a good thing.
2) once someone turns 70, that's it. no more driver's license. free public transportation for life, but we don't have to worry about them killing pedestrians anymore.
By the way, I still haven't checked out your game. Was at work until almost 8.
Oh, one more thing, I kind of lost it on Ben's blog. Read this:

Dang, I want to fly to England and kick this guy's ass. I'd take it slow too. A few hard, but not take down, hooks to the ribs. Wear him down. Punch the shoulders a lot too. I like doing that. It throws them off. Then a flurry to the face. Would love to bust this guy's face open. Too bad we have law.
ZS:
Sometimes ya gotta kill a pedestrian. They get soooo carried away with their much-touted 'pedestrians have the right-of-way' nonsense. God damn them pedestrians.
-r
PS:
sarcasm, like any chasm is mostly only visible if you are very close to it.
In case I have to be any clearer: I am a pedestrian. I was mostly forced (by family and government) to get a driver's license. I almost NEVER drive. And, I won't drive if I can help it.

I don't envy you about bein' at work that long. However, when someone freaks out on me about money and/or my job situation, no matter what time it was, I wish I was at work.
-r
PS:
Besides, when I'm working (or reading ) I usually lose track of time. That is such bliss.
-=-
ZS:
damn laws...
-r
PS:
NO SARCASM INTENDED. (see how that works?)
There are so many outdated and/or senseless laws. And so many people who are ZOMBIES!!!! or just plain old sheep when it comes to something being 'against the law' or 'illegal' they act like just because Joe Government has turned his collective nose up at something it is 'evil' and 'of course it's bad for you, it's illegal' yada yada yada.
-=-
I was under the impression that you and Ben were buddies.
-r
PS:
What is UP with blogger today!?!!
-=-
UPDATE:
I also lose track to time when I'm using the internet.
-r
PS:
Yesterday I made cookies. M ate one. They are in the 'fridge stacked on a plastic plate with two pieces of aluminum wrapped around them.
Nevermind.

OK, here you go, another commentor.
The most aggravating old people are retired ones that are always in a hurry.
What are they in a hurry for anyway?
-r
PS:
Where are they going? And why do they have to get there so fast?
-=-
Heh. I wonder that too about old people in a hurry.
Yeah, Ben and I are buddies. We met on his blog. Yeah, I know, he's a conservative and I'm a, wait, what am I?
An ugly british zombie caught in the crosshairs.
-r
PS:
Oh, was that a rhetorical question?
-=-
In answer to your question; beats the hell outta me!
If I was retired, I'd BS with my friends all day, over a cup of coffee. Instead, they bitch if their $2.50 order takes longer than 5 minutes to hit their table!
Face it, if you're only spending $2.50 for food AND service, you aren't setting your expectations very high.
You REALLY SHOULD NOT expect SPEEDY on top of it.
-r
PS:
Why would ANYONE want to eat ANYTHING that only takes 5 minutes to prepare and deliver?
*shivers* "How long was this Big Mac waiting before I ordered it, anyway?"
-=-
That's MY POINT. If you want fast-go to McDonalds; if you want GOOD, wait for your food! Enjoy the wait, drink your coffee, and have fun BSing with your cronies.
I need some cronies.
-r
PS:
It sounds fun to have cronies. Aren't people always doin' irresponcible things with their cronies? And makin' money off the backs of the poor?
I need some cronies...
-=-
What's wrong with US being your cronies?
I'll be your crony if you'll be mine.
-r
PS:
:)
We need a list of irresponsible things we can do and have fun at other people's expense.
Also, we need to figure out ways to make huge profits off the working poor.
-=-
I'm part of the working poor. Is it too late for me?
I'm part of the unemployed / underemployed poor.
-r
PS:
If it wasn't for my friends (at present, my gf) I'd be dead.
-=-
gf is pissed about above situation.
-r
PS:
That is an 'update.'
You're welcome.
-=-
My policy with old people is to nod, smile, and say, "Oh, okay!" no matter what bizarre b.s. comes out of their mouths. The way I see it, they've been on the planet for a while and deserve some respect whether they've actually earned it or not. Plus, they'll be dead soon anyway. No point arguing with them.
